Alright!! Inventory posted for fiscal year 2008 and the store faired very well! Bonuses for end of year were also steller. Our store ended up at 152% which was the highest in the district. I guess I have a job for another year. Unfortunately, (which is always the case) since we did such a great job last year, plans in all major metrics have gone through the roof and it will be everything we can do to make it for 2009. So tell me, why is it always feast or famine.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the Inventory Report.... Now you need to lobby your DM to promote you to a bigger store with more realistic objectives for next year... and then, Look for a promotion to a DM position the following year...
